The Russian army has again become active in the Pokrovsk direction and returned to the tactics of tough assaults, as at the beginning of the active phase of the offensive campaign.
This was stated by the head of the press service of the Chervona Kalina brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Nikolai Koval on the air of the KIEV24 channel. According to him, the Russians are trying to storm Ukrainian positions under the cover of drones.
"The enemy has become more active. He began to storm more often, as at the beginning of the active phase in the Pokrovsk direction - again group after group. They began to use FPV drones with artillery more often. They can shell our positions very densely with artillery. FPV drones immediately work in parallel, and the infantry follows them. It is very difficult to contain the enemy with such an influx," Koval said.
The occupiers try to break through the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces every day. The fighters find the enemy and destroy them. However, enemy assaults and attempts to consolidate their positions on Ukrainian territory continue.
