At night, Russians launched a massive attack on the city of Dnepr with drones. Preliminary estimates indicate that 15 people were injured, 8 of whom are in hospitals. According to the State Emergency Service (SES), private homes, multi-story buildings and cars were damaged.
"There is destruction on the territory of several enterprises. Fires that arose as a result of the enemy attack have been extinguished," the report says.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under the procedural guidance of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office in a criminal case on the fact of committing a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"According to the investigation, on the night of April 8, 2025, the Russian military carried out a massive UAV attack on the city of Dnipro. As a result of the shelling, 15 people were injured. Private houses, multi-story buildings, enterprises, an administrative building, infrastructure and cars were damaged. Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces, the Prosecutor General's Office reported.
