During the morning shelling of Kharkov, the Russians damaged the building of the National University of Urban Economy named after A. N. Beketov.
This was announced by the chairman of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.
"Only civilian infrastructure suffered - a residential building, office space, an educational institution - the National University of Urban Economy named after A. N. Beketov. This is another crime of Russians against the peaceful Kharkov region!", - he wrote and published a photo of the consequences of shelling.
