As a result of the shelling of the village of Ryzhevka in the Sumy region on Saturday, a 71-year-old farmer was killed.

"Under the procedural leadership of the Sumy District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, involving premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the report says.
