According to him, as a result of the shelling, the regional house of culture, where civilians hid from shelling in the basement, the house of officers and the lyceum where no one was, were destroyed. Residential buildings were also damaged and there is a hit in the ground. Some missiles were shot down by the APU.
According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out by rashists of the S300 air defense system, the law enforcement officer said.
"At the moment, three civilians (two women and a man) may be under the rubble of the cultural center, but they do not respond. The rubble is being sorted out. Two wounded are known," he said.
The law enforcement officer noted that investigators, forensic specialists of the Chuguev Regional Police Department and the Investigation Department have been working since the morning to fix crimes and to help residents.
As of 09:30, 3 people were released from the rubble of the House of Culture.

"The House of Culture, where people were hiding in the basement, was actually destroyed by the occupiers. The rescuers have already freed three people from the rubble, but there were still people in the basement, all services continue to work," he wrote.
