In the Kherson region, the air defense of the invaders shot down a Russian Ka-52 helicopter.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Over the past 24 hours, three Russian Ka-52s in the Kherson region intended to attack our units, but ... struck at their own. Returning, the invaders’ helicopters came under “friendly” fire from frightened anti-aircraft defense crews of the Russian troops. Russian air defense has never been accurate, therefore the invaders shot down only one of their three attack Ka-52s. It's a pity," the General Staff noted.
