The Russian military killed 8 civilians in the Donetsk region.
Pavel Kirilenko, chairman of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram.
"Russia is killing civilians! On July 28, Russians killed 8 civilians in the Donetsk region: 3 in Bakhmut, 2 in Toretsk, 1 in Orlovka, 1 in Gornyak and 1 in Soledar. Another 19 people were injured," he said.
He also noted that it is now impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
