In the south of Ukraine over the past day, our defenders destroyed another 32 invaders. In addition, the rashists lost a self-propelled howitzer and an anti-aircraft missile system.
This is stated in a new report from the Pivden Operational Command.
The situation in the operational zone in the South Bug direction is complex, tense, but is carefully monitored by the defense forces, the report says. The occupiers hold the lines of defense and continue to act on the tactics of counter-battery combat. Rashists are building up a grouping in the Krivoy Rog direction.
"During the battle day, our units stopped three attempts by the enemy, with the forces of a reinforced platoon in each case, to conduct reconnaissance in force in the areas of Belogorka and Trudolyubovka. The enemy was not successful. With the loss of more than a dozen rashists and 4 units of armored vehicles, the enemy retreated," the statement said. OK Pivden.
In total, the rashists inflicted six blows. In Krivoy Rog, the occupiers hit Maryansky and Granitnoye twice with Tochka-U cruise missiles. As a result of the strikes, transport infrastructure facilities, transformer and power lines were damaged. Civilians were not hurt.
"From the direction of Kreshchenovka in Novovorontsovka, the enemy fired 15 rockets from the Grad launcher. There are no casualties, but there are destroyed buildings. In the area of Dolgovoy, Russians from an anti-tank missile system shot down a civilian minibus. Three civilians were killed, five civilians were injured. The victims were taken to the hospital, they received assistance. By evening, the enemy fired 16 rockets from the Smerch system at the Zelenodolsk TPP, and at the same time fired 40 Grad shells. Two buildings were destroyed, without losses," the OK added.
In the Beryslav and Kakhovka districts of the Kherson region, as well as in the Bashtansky district of the Mykolaiv region, the invaders attacked the positions of our defenders three times with helicopters. There are no losses among the Ukrainian military. In response to enemy attacks, our defenders hit enemy strongholds in the areas of Aleksandrovka and Maksimovka three times with aircraft.
In general, for the combat day, the results of the work of our units are:
- 32 invaders,
- self-propelled howitzer "Msta-S",
- anti-aircraft missile system "TOR",
- 4 units of armored vehicles.
