Ukraine is gathering a powerful army of drones: 30 "birdies" are already heading to the front

The first set of drones purchased under the Army of Drones program was delivered to Ukraine. Already today, 30 copters will go to the front line to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
So, among the reconnaissance UAVs sent to the front line, there are also some of the best drones - FlyEye. Their speed can reach 160 km / h, and the flight range - 60 km. This will allow scouts to penetrate behind enemy lines and obtain important information.
The APU will also be strengthened by DJI Matrice 300 drones, which have powerful cameras and thermal imagers. Day and night, Ukrainian soldiers will clearly see enemy equipment and do everything to make it smaller.
Fedorov added that more than UAH 750 million had already been collected through the UNITED24 platform for Army of Drones. In general, by the end of August, it is planned to complete the first task - to purchase two hundred reconnaissance drones.
We are negotiating with Ukrainian manufacturers of drones in order to buy them for the Army of drones in the future. We saw cool UAVs from Skyton, SKIF and Ukrjet, the minister said.
