Today, the Russian military once again shelled the Kharkiv region, as a result of which one civilian was killed, three, including a child, were injured.
This was announced by the Office of the Attorney General.
It is noted that a pre-trial investigation has been launched in two criminal proceedings on violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to investigators, on August 12, at about 07:30, Russian servicemen fired at the village of. Baranovka, Bogodukhovsky district. As a result of the shelling, a woman was killed, a man was injured.
At about 12:30 the Russian army continued to shell the Bogodukhovsky district with artillery. Under the fire of the invaders was the town of Zolochiv. As a result of the shelling, a 13-year-old boy and an 83-year-old woman were injured. Two houses were damaged.
According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from the Uragan MLRS from the occupied territory.
