The Russian Federation hit the Zaporozhye region from the MLRS. As a result of the shelling of the city of Orekhov by Russian invaders, one person was killed, six were injured.
This was announced in his Telegram channel by the chairman of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Starukh.
He noted that today, August 16, the city of Orekhov was subjected to massive shelling.
"The enemy fired multiple launch rocket systems for several hours. One local resident was killed. Six people were injured, including three of them employees of the energy company who were restoring the networks," Starukh said.
Also, according to him, as a result of an enemy attack, dozens of private houses and civilian infrastructure facilities were destroyed. Fires broke out, which were extinguished by the rescuers of the State Emergency Service.
