This was announced by the chairman of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov on the air of the telethon.
"At about four o'clock in the morning, the enemy attacked the infrastructure. This is one of the utility companies in Kharkov, but next to it there is a residential building, which was very damaged. According to our information, 3 people have died and about 15 were injured there. significant damage, and now units of the State Emergency Service, emergency medical care are working on the site, and we predict an increase in the number of victims at this facility," Sinegubov said.
Also, according to him, two rocket attacks were carried out on the cultural infrastructure of Kharkiv, according to preliminary data, there were no victims there.
As for enemy shelling in Krasnograd, according to the head of the OVA, a family was killed, including a 12-year-old child.
"The city of Krasnograd was also hit on residential buildings in the private sector. One private house was completely destroyed, unfortunately, a family died, including a 12-year-old child. Another 10 houses around this place were also destroyed. State Emergency Service units are working there, we will establish the final number of victims" - said the chairman of the OVA.
Sinegubov noted that in just one day, about 8 rocket launches were recorded in Kharkov and the region.
"We have 12 dead, including children, and 38 wounded who have been taken to medical facilities," he said.
