This was announced by the press officer of the Nikolaev regional military administration Dmitry Pletenchuk on his page on the social network Facebook.
"Voznesensk. Russian freaks got into a residential high-rise building. There are victims," he said.
Pletenchuk added that the information is being specified.
Meanwhile, People's Deputy Artem Chernomorov in his Telegram channel said that the rescue operation was continuing in the city.
"A Russian missile hit a five-story residential building, the building was almost destroyed. Our brave rescuers and police are working on the spot. Medical workers are helping the wounded. The houses next to the high-rise building and cars were also damaged," he said.
Now it is known about 7 wounded, among them three children, two of whom are in serious condition in the hospital.
Chairman of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim noted in his Telegram channel that one child is being operated on.
Later, he said that at 13:30 9 wounded were known, of which 4 were children.
"Children are all difficult. Age from 3 to 17 years," - said Kim.
"The girl is being transported to Nikolaev. The fragment tore out her eye. Animals..." Kim added.
