As a result of the shelling by the Russian occupiers of Novy Bug in the Nikolaev region, nine of its residents were injured, two of them were children.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in its official Telegram channel.
"Yesterday, August 24, as a result of a strike on Novy Bug, 9 civilians were injured, two of them were children, aged 10 and 16. 20 residential buildings, shop premises, pharmacies, hairdressers and administrative buildings were damaged," the report says.
According to the ministry, this morning the invaders once again fired at one of the sleeping areas of Nikolaev.
"Now it is known about the destruction and damage to residential buildings. The village of Bereznegovatoe was also subjected to shelling. A residential building was destroyed," the department added.
It is noted that at the scene of events, law enforcement officers record every fact of war crimes of the Russian Federation. The final information about the damage and casualties is being specified.
