The mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich reported about it in Telegram.
"Information as of 16:30. There are hits in residential buildings and educational institutions. It is known about 2 dead and 5 wounded. Rescue, emergency services and public utilities are working on the ground. The air raid continues," he said.
The head of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaly Kim reported 11 wounded and two dead as of 17:38.
As of 19:00, there are 24 wounded and two dead as a result of the shelling, said the head of the UVA, Vitaly Kim.
