On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 30, the Russian invaders fired on Nikolaev. A series of powerful explosions were heard in the city, an alarm was announced.
Mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich confirmed the information and reported on the victims.
"Unfortunately, there are victims of the latest shelling. So far, one dead and one wounded is known. I ask everyone to be as careful as possible and not go out into the street unnecessarily," the mayor said.
