"The situation in the Yuzhnobug direction, in our operational zone, remains tense with powerful dynamics, but is controlled by the Defense Forces. Our units continue to repel enemy attacks in the Pravdino area and consolidate their tactical position in other sectors of the front. There are no significant changes in the state, composition and position of the enemy, but he does not abandon attempts to bring up reserves and regroup, meanwhile giving preference to remote measures of influence," the statement said.
The OK "South" notes that our aircraft delivered 11 strikes against the enemy, and rocket and artillery units worked out more than 200 fire missions. At the same time, it is reported that the defeat was inflicted on the warehouses of enemy reserves in the Bashtansky district of the Nikolaev region, on two command posts and positions of the air defense forces of the invaders in the Berislav and Kakhov districts, on the place of concentration of weapons and equipment near Lvov, on the electronic warfare station not far from Kherson and on pontoon crossing in New Kakhovka.
"At present, it has been confirmed that the enemy has decreased by 29 rashists, 2 self-propelled and one conventional 152 mm Msta-S and Msta-B howitzers, a fighter aviation command vehicle and BMP-3. In Blagodatny and Kherson, two warehouse with ammunition of the occupiers," the statement said.
In OK "South" they note that during the day rocket-artillery, mortar and tank shelling of our positions continued, 8 air and 1 missile strikes were inflicted, including on civilian territorial bulks along the front line. In particular, in the afternoon, the enemy shelled the Nikopol region with multiple launch rocket systems and heavy artillery.
The infrastructure is enormous, in particular Pokrovskaya and Chervonogrigorovskaya, suffered significant damage and destruction. Two civilians were killed and three wounded.
"As a result of shelling, two fires broke out in the Pokrovskaya community - grass and a boat shed were burning, one person died," the report said.
It is also noted that an elderly person died in the Chervonogrygorovka community, almost three dozen residential buildings, more than 10 outbuildings, two cars, a bus stop, several power lines and gas pipelines, a solar power plant with more than 320 solar panels were destroyed.
Also, the enemy fired at Nikopol, there were no casualties.
"In the Bereznegovatsky bulk of the Nikolaev region, directly adjacent to the front line, in the evening the enemy hit three rockets from the Smerch. A hospital and a solar power plant were damaged. The scale of destruction and losses is being specified," reports OK Yug.
