In the village of Liptsy, Kharkov region, a torture chamber of Russian invaders was discovered.
This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
"The operatives of the Security Service discovered a place of illegal detention of people in the recently liberated village of Liptsy in the Kharkiv region. The dungeon, which the invaders called the "basement", was equipped in the premises where the so-called "people's militia" of the "LPR" was located," the report says. .
In particular, the militants of this terrorist organization and the Russian military illegally put local residents there who supported the territorial integrity of Ukraine and refused to cooperate with the enemy.
According to the SBU, the rashists used severe torture on the prisoners, after which they were taken by force to the territory of the Russian Federation.
In this regard, within the framework of the previously initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, investigative and operational actions are ongoing to identify the entire circle of persons who suffered from torture by the invaders, as well as all war criminals involved in torturing the civilian population.
All collected evidence of war crimes by Russian military personnel will subsequently be transferred to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, so that none of them escapes responsibility.
