During the day in the south, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 77 Russian invaders and a lot of enemy equipment.
This was reported on the official page of the Operational Command "South" in the social network Facebook.
In the Kherson and Berislav regions, 4 pockets of enemy weapons and equipment and 4 ammunition depots were hit.
"Another barge in the Kherson region was deducted from the invaders along with the hope of establishing communication between the banks of the Dnieper. Fire control was carried out both on the positions of air defense and on the attempts of the invaders to restore the capacity of the bridge in Novaya Kakhovka," the command noted.
In general, our aircraft delivered 10 strikes against the enemy, and rocket and artillery units completed 250 fire missions.
"Confirmed losses of the enemy are: 77 Rashists, 6 tanks, 5 howitzers, including the self-propelled Msta-S, 3 Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft gun-missile systems and 14 armored vehicles," the report says.
In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an enemy unmanned reconnaissance aircraft "Orlan-10" in the Bashtansky district of the Nikolaev region.
