Invaders hit Nikopol at night with "Grad" and heavy artillery
More than 10 multi-storey and private houses, a lyceum building, a transport stop, gas pipelines and 6 power lines were damaged in the city.
The Russian invaders attacked Nikopol three times at night from the Grad MLRS and heavy artillery.
This was announced by the chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Valentin Reznichenko in Telegram.
“The Russians terrorized the Nikopol region with Grads and heavy artillery all night long ... Nikopol was hit three times. More than 10 multi-storey and private houses, a lyceum, a transport stop, gas pipelines and 6 power lines were damaged in the city,” Reznichenko noted.
At the same time, enemy shells left almost 8,000 families without electricity. As the head of the OVA noted, emergency brigades of power engineers will begin work as soon as the threat of new shelling passes.
The consequences of the attack in the Marganets community are also being clarified. Rescuers and police are on the scene.
"Everywhere there were no casualties," the head of the OVA added.
