Pavel Kirilenko, chairman of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced this on his Telegram channel.
"Eleven wounded civilians - these are the consequences of the shelling of Kramatorsk by the Russian invaders. The Russians attacked the city at about 9 am," he said.
The head of the OVA added that as a result of the shelling, the building of the former boarding school, high-rise buildings, the road surface, the premises of the second city hospital and Ukrtelecom were damaged - almost all the windows were broken there.
Kirilenko added that it was dangerous for civilians to remain in the region, and therefore called for evacuation.
