On the morning of September 30, Russian troops fired rockets at a civilian humanitarian convoy at the exit from Zaporozhye.
Oleksandr Starukh, the chairman of the Zaporizhia OVA, announced this on Telegram.
"People stood in line to go to the temporarily occupied territory to pick up their relatives and bring help," he wrote.
There are dead and wounded.
Emergency services are currently on the scene. Melitopol mayor Ivan Fedorov added that there were also residents of Melitopol among the victims.
“So far, it is impossible even to count the number of dead and wounded people. Among the victims, including Melitopol residents,” he wrote in Telegram.
