Our defenders repulsed enemy attacks in the area of 8 settlements.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports this on its Facebook page.
"Over the past 24 hours, the invaders launched 5 missile and 8 air strikes, carried out more than 65 shellings from MLRS. More than thirty settlements suffered from enemy strikes. Zaporizhia, Huliaipole, Progress, Nikopol and Mirnoe," the message reads.
Meanwhile, the threat of air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine remains. The General Staff also noted that over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vyemka, Soledar, Odradivka, Bakhmutskoye, Bakhmut, Krasnogorovka, Mayorsk and Novomikhailovka.
Meanwhile, the situation in the Volyn and Polesye directions remains unchanged. In other directions, the enemy fired.
So, in the Seversky direction - in the areas of the settlements of Rozhkovichi and Fotovizh of the Sumy region. In the Slobozhansky direction - in the areas of the settlements of Udy, Veterinary, Strelkovoe, Krasnoe, Ogurechnoe, Glubokoe, Neskuchnoe and Melovoe.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked near Verkhnekamenskoye, Ivanovka, Serebryanka and Controversial, and in the Bakhmut direction - in the areas of the settlements of Belogorovka, Yakovlevka, Soledar, Bakhmutskoye, Bakhmut, Experienced, Odradivka, Mayorsk, New York and Yuryevka.
In the meantime, in the Avdeevka direction, the occupiers fought in the areas of the settlements of Avdeevka, Pervomaiskoye, Vodyanoye, Peski, Krasnogorovka, Marinka, Paraskovievka, Novomikhailovka.
The General Staff also reported that in the Novopavlivskoye and Zaporozhye directions, the enemy inflicted fire in the areas of the settlements of Novopil, Vremevka, Velyka Novoselka, Shakhtersky, Zolotaya Niva, Poltavka, Gulyaipole, Krasnoe, Pavlovka, Gulyaipolskoe, Dorozhnyanka and Novoukrainka.
In the Yuzhnobugsky direction, the invaders continue to regroup and withdraw their units. Tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery shelled more than 30 settlements along the line of contact. In particular, the big Artakovo, Belogorka, Blagodatovka, Andreevka, Pervomayskoye, Lyubomirovka, Soldiers, Pravdino, Mirnoye and Aleksandrovka.
