At night, Russian invaders fired S-300 missiles at Nikolaev, a man's body was found under the rubble of a two-story house.
This was announced in his Telegram by the chairman of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaly Kim.
"At night, Nikolaev was again fired with S-300 missiles. There was a hit in a two-story house. A man's body was found under the rubble, rescue and search operations continue," he said.
Kim also noted that as of 06:20 the power supply was restored in the city.
He also said that as a result of an enemy attack, the flower market was destroyed. There were no casualties.
