The Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed the attack of the Russian invaders on Belogorovka.
This was announced by the chairman of the Luhansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.
He noted that the invaders continue to shell the liberated settlements, "turning them into ashes." "As soon as Russians are kicked out of a settlement, they shoot it with all types of weapons," Gaidai explained.
But, as Gaidai emphasized, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have developed a clear plan for the de-occupation of the region, and they strictly adhere to it.
According to Gaidai, freshly mobilized Russians and prisoners are gathering in the Luhansk region, a lot of equipment and air defense have arrived. And in the so-called "LPR" they are gradually changing the leadership to representatives of the Russian Federation.
Gaidai also described the situation with heating in the occupied parts of the region. So, according to him, a terrible situation with the beginning of the heating season is observed in the occupied cities of the Luhansk region. Although the so-called "government of the LPR" flaunt 99 percent readiness for winter.
At the same time, specialists from Novosibirsk barely have time to carry out work on the heat supply systems of the Belovodsky district. They promise to fully restore by November 1.
“This is not centralized heating of houses, but the connection of social facilities to boiler houses in a community where there were practically no hostilities. Where the help of specialists is really needed, people are left to fend for themselves. In Lisichansk, Severodonetsk and other cities, the housing stock was left without heating, in some places the windows of the apartments are still without glass, and the film is no longer saving. In high-rise buildings, the roofs are damaged. Or completely missing - they were dismantled by contractors from Russia. They wanted to repair it, but back in September they disappeared in a certain direction," Gaidai said.
Locals complain that it is now impossible even to fill gas cylinders at gas stations, people are refused.
The chairman of the Regional Military Association said that when our military is allowed to enter the liberated settlements, the local population will be offered evacuation for the winter period, "and we will also work to provide people with heat, water, communications."
"Many Ukrainians expected the de-occupation of the Luhansk region as fast as the Kharkiv region. However, it was in our region that all those military men who fled from the Kharkiv region accumulated," Gaidai concluded.
