In a day in the southern direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an ammunition depot and another enemy air defense system.

"The situation in the South Bug direction, in the operational zone of the Defense Forces of southern Ukraine, remains stably tense, but controlled. The enemy is conducting defensive operations and is trying to hold the occupied lines. He inflicts fire damage on our troops using aircraft, MLRS, cannon artillery, mortars along the line of contact. So, in the afternoon, the enemy attacked our positions from the sky. In response, our aircraft struck three times at the areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and equipment," the report says.
With the support of infantry fighting vehicles, the enemy, trying to improve their positions, made attempts to break through our positions. Twice there was a shooting battle. The attacks were repulsed, one infantry fighting vehicle was destroyed, the enemy retreated with losses.
“There are no losses in our units. And the losses of the enemy are being specified. Twice during the combat day, peaceful settlements were fired upon. In Trifonovka there is damage to residential buildings, one civilian was injured.
Late in the evening, over the Kherson region, air defense forces shot down 2 enemy kamikaze drones fired from the Crimean direction.
