Russian invaders fired rockets at the maternity ward of the Volnyansky hospital in the Zaporozhye region, a baby was killed.
“At night, Russian monsters fired huge missiles at the small maternity ward of the Volnyansky hospital. Grief overwhelms our hearts - a baby who has just been born into the world has been killed,” Alexander Starukh, chairman of the Zaporizhzhya OVA, wrote on his Telegram channel.
Starukh added that rescuers are on the scene.
According to the State Emergency Service, the building of the maternity ward was destroyed as a result of Russian shelling. A woman and a doctor were rescued by the State Emergency Service from under the rubble of the building.
According to preliminary information, there is no one else under the rubble.
