The death toll from an enemy missile hitting a high-rise building in Vyshgorod has risen to 7 people.
In total, the number of victims of another attack by Russia is 42 people, including 6 children, said the head of the National Police of the Kyiv region Andrey Nebytov on the air of the telethon.
"Another woman died today, so we have 7 dead people from this terrible crime. We have only 35 victims, 6 of them are children. The smallest girl is 5 years old," he said.
As a result of hitting one of the rockets near the high-rise building, previously X-101, four buildings, a kindergarten and a school were damaged. Nebytov stressed that there was not a single military facility nearby.
"Within a radius of 3 kilometers there was not a single object, even an energy one, that would be of interest to them. Based on the results of the examinations, the investigators will be able to give an answer - there was obviously a destruction of a residential building or such a rocket flew only because it is not as accurate as they say," he added.
