During the shelling of Kherson on December 4, the Russian invaders ended up in a pre-trial detention center.

This was reported on the page of the Department for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions on the social network Facebook. As a result of the attack, the structure was destroyed.

"Today, during the day during the shelling of the city of Kherson, there were hits in the building of the Kherson pre-trial detention center. Some of the premises were damaged, there were wounded among the staff," the report says.

It is noted that convicts and prisoners were moved to pre-trial detention centers in safer regions even after the de-occupation of the territory by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
