A number of countries have already decided on new aid packages to Ukraine.
This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening video message. He attended two conferences in Paris. One of them concerned interstate relations, and the second was focused on French business.
"There is very good news from France - two conferences in support of Ukraine were held there today. Their first result is a billion euros of assistance to our sustainability, primarily energy," he said.
According to him, work continues every day for the sake of obtaining new forces for Ukraine that will help get through this winter.
"Today we also have a decision of other countries, except for France - the Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland - to provide additional support packages. The Italian Senate has decided on armed support. Norway is preparing a new program to support our state and people," Zelensky added.
