Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine create torture facilities for children. The children there are in terrible conditions.
As the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said during a briefing, such cameras were found in the liberated Kherson.
"There are torture chambers for children in the occupied territories. I thought it was impossible to break through the bottom after Bucha, Irpen. I saw 2 torture chambers in Balakliya, one guy was there for 90 days, he was taken out to be shot. There were 10 torture chambers in Kherson, in one - a separate cell where they kept children," he said.
The Ombudsman added that the children were not fed in the torture chambers, water was given every other day. The occupiers told the children that their parents had abandoned them.
"One boy was detained, who photographed Russian equipment on his phone, he was kept in a cell with torture," Lubinets added.
