Bodies of mother and son who died during enemy shelling exhumed in Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, law enforcement officers exhumed the bodies of a mother and son who died during enemy shelling.
According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, on December 22, the prosecutors of the Dergachev district prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region, together with police investigators, in the framework of criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, involving premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) exhumed two corpses.
It is established that on March 15 in the village. Russian Lozovaya, Kharkiv region, a 77-year-old woman and her 61-year-old son were in their own yard.
At this time, the Russian military began shelling the village: mother and son died on the spot.
Now their bodies have been sent for forensic medical examinations.
