According to the head of the OVA, garages were on fire in the Volchansk community, and as a result of hits, the utility block of the central district hospital was damaged. 4 employees of the district hospital were injured - 3 men and 1 woman, one 62-year-old man also received shrapnel wounds.
“All the victims are in average condition, there are no threats to life. The shelling of the invaders destroyed a residential building in Kupyansk, a fire broke out in another household. No casualties. The mine danger remains high. hospitalized with injuries, the condition is average," Sinegubov informed.
