Russian invaders are shelling the center of Kherson. The number of dead and wounded is growing.
The shelling on Saturday morning was reported in the Office of the President. As of 11:40 am, 5 dead and 20 wounded were known.
"Kherson. The Russians committed another terror - they fired at the city center! People died, buildings were destroyed. City center, day off, many on the street," they write in the OP.
Later, the number of wounded increased to 35 people, 16 of whom are in serious condition. At the same time, Kherson journalist Konstantin Ryzhenko, citing sources in the hospital, reports about 50 wounded and 20 seriously injured.
At 12:43, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky announced a new shelling of the city center and urged the townspeople to stay in shelters.
