Kazakh business donated generators for the needs of medical institutions in Ukraine. They were sent to areas that are under attack by Russian aggressors.

As stated in the message on the Government Portal, 41 generators worth about half a million dollars were distributed among healthcare institutions. In particular, they were transferred to the Nikolaev, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv regions and other regions.

As Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko noted, in the conditions of power outages, we must be ready for any challenges, and therefore we continue to provide medical institutions with generators.

“Every day, the occupiers strike at our infrastructure, which poses a threat to the power supply. Together with our partners, we are making every effort to ensure that hospitals continue to work and fulfill their main task of saving lives in a blackout. Each generator is a guarantee of the uninterrupted operation of operating rooms, intensive care units and oxygen stations," Lyashko stressed.

It is reported that the batch of generators was delivered thanks to the work of the Ukraine-Kazakhstan inter-parliamentary friendship group.
