In the Kharkiv region, in the village of Martove, Chuguevsky district, a bridge across the Pechenezh reservoir was restored.

The occupiers destroyed this bridge in September, when they were retreating, Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA, said. Now it has been restored, and the day before traffic was resumed across the bridge.

According to Sinegubov, this overpass will greatly facilitate the transportation of humanitarian aid and medicines to residents of the affected settlements and de-occupied territories of the region.

The destroyed structures of the bridge were dismantled, new running beams were built, reinforcement and concreting of a new monolithic slab and sidewalks were carried out, waterproofing and a new asphalt coating were installed.

The chairman of the OVA added that work is underway to restore other facilities destroyed by the cupants.
