Russian occupiers attacked Kherson once again on Tuesday, February 21. As of now, the exact number of victims is unknown.
This was reported by the head of Kherson OV Alexander Prokudin.
"Kherson is under fire. Presumably Hail. About 20 explosions. Stay in shelters or in safe places," he warned.
Kherson publications write that there are many arrivals in the city. It is confirmed that there are victims, information about the dead is clarified.
