On the night of Monday, February 27, Russian troops once again shelled the Khmelnytsky region: the Russians delivered 3 blows to the city of Khmelnitsky and wounded 4 Ukrainians.
Later it became known that one of the Ukrainian saviors, who participated in the elimination of the fire that arose as a result of the Russian night attack, died due to the attack of the invaders in the hospital. The tragic news about the death of the Ukrainian hero was confirmed by the Head of the Khmelnytsky OVA Serhiy Gamaly in his Telegram.
"Unfortunately, we have another death in the hospital. The doctors failed to save the life of another hero - the rescuer. Condolences to the families and friends of the victims," he wrote.
Also, information about the death of the rescuer was confirmed by the State Emergency Service. It turned out to be 22-year-old commander Vladislav Dvorak.
"Vladislav Dvorak, the commander of department 1 of the State Fire and Rescue Unit of Khmelnitsky, died at the age of 22," the State Emergency Service said in a statement.
