The nighttime attack on Mykolaiv, which killed one civilian and wounded 23 others, was carried out by Kalibr missiles, not S-300s, as previously reported. Updated data was reported by the speaker of the Operational Command "South" Vladislav Nazarov.
“At night, the enemy attacked Nikolaev with Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea. 4 missiles were sent using terrain features and trajectory changes to make detection more difficult,” the message says.
As a result of the impact, one private house was destroyed, another one was damaged. Also, a residential high-rise building and one historical building received significant damage. One person died and 23 were injured, including a child.
"Given that this is a precision weapon that works on guidance coordinates, the fact of terror of the civilian population is obvious," Nazarov said.
