The Russians are complaining about a massive attack by unknown drones on the morning of May 4, 2023. A major fire has been reported at an oil refinery in the Krasnodar Territory.
According to the propaganda Telegram "Mash", "Ukrainian" UAVs were found over the Voronezh and Belgorod regions. In the Belgorod region, the Shark drone flew about 5.5 km deep into Russian territory, after which it was allegedly shot down and fell into a field.
Shark are designed for reconnaissance and correction of the direction of missile strikes. "Such optics could reveal Russian positions for several kilometers," the Russians worry.
In addition, another drone attacked a plant in the Rostov region. According to the governor, the UAV crashed into the structures of the inter-shop overpass of the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant under construction near the village of Kiselevka.
After the collision, the drone exploded. The resulting fire was allegedly extinguished immediately. There were no casualties.
