Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced 2 km near Bakhmut, the enemy invents fakes to justify himself - Malyar

The Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced 2 km in the Bakhmut area. To justify themselves, Russian propaganda invents victories and makes up fake stories about the Ukrainian military command. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar.
"For a week, Bakhmut and the events associated with him remained the leading topic in Russian telegram channels and the media. An analysis of the messages shows that this city is important for the enemy. Almost sacred," she said.
According to Malyar, the Russians deliberately spread false information about their lack of weapons in order to justify their failures at the front.
The Deputy Minister noted that during the week the situation for the enemy in the Bakhmut area was characterized by four fundamental problems:
- the failure of their own offensive plans;
- large losses in manpower;
- advancement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Bakhmut direction forward by 2 km;
- for a week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not lose a single position in Bakhmut.
