A small Cessna C550 corporate jet with people on board has crashed in the United States. All six people on the plane were killed.
According to Reuters, the plane crash occurred on the morning of Saturday, July 8. The plane crashed and burned in a field near French Valley Airport, about 85 miles (136.79 km) south of Los Angeles. Details about the passengers on board are unknown.
Data from flight tracking website FlightAware shows that only one business jet flew from Las Vegas to French Valley. He made one circle near the field before he began to descend.
The sheriff's office in Riverside County, where the French Valley Airport is located, said officials responding to the crash found the plane completely engulfed in flames in a field. All passengers were declared dead at the scene. The accident will be investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
