It is reported that this decision is due to changes regarding the strategy for managing the state border of Ukraine for the period by 2025 in order to take urgent measures to ensure overcoming the consequences of the Russian invasion of the territory of the state of Ukraine, as well as to ensure readiness to protect the external borders of the EU within the borders of Ukraine after its acquisition of full membership in the European Union after the victory.
