Ukrainian Defense Forces knocked out Russians from positions near Avdiivka

The Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully drove out the Russian invaders from their positions in the area south of Avdiivka.
This is stated in the message of the media platform of the Defense Forces Military Media Center in Telegram. "During the conduct of offensive assault operations by the Defense Forces, the enemy was forced to withdraw from positions in the area south of Avdiivka," said Pavlo Kovalchuk, Speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He also said that in the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian military continues to conduct offensive operations south of the city of Bakhmut. At the same time, as Kovalchuk noted, the enemy "made futile attempts to restore the lost position north and west of Kleshchievka, as well as northwest of Kurdyumovka."
In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the Kupyansk and Liman directions.
