Kuleba explains why Ukraine cannot negotiate peace with Putin

The minister stressed that Putin is not the kind of person with whom one can seriously agree on something, noting that believing in a successful agreement with him means exposing oneself to his blow.
Kuleba added that the more successful Ukraine is on the battlefield, the more Russia will be willing to negotiate, but he does not see a window of opportunity for negotiations with Russia anytime soon.
According to him, Ukraine has no other choice but to succeed in its counter-offensive against Russia.
Kuleba also expressed dissatisfaction with the recent criticism of Western countries that the Ukrainian offensive does not meet their expectations.
He said that those sitting in their chairs and commenting on the progress of the offensive should not tell Ukrainian soldiers that they are moving too slowly.
The Minister emphasized that the soldiers who die in these efforts deserve full respect.
In addition, Kuleba said that he is very positive about what Japan is doing for Ukraine, noting that Japan's participation in humanitarian assistance is historical and unprecedented.
He stated that he clearly sees a new quality of Ukrainian-Japanese relations.
