Bloody strike on Konstantinovka: the police specified the number of dead

As a result of the strike on Konstantinovka, Donetsk region on Wednesday, September 6, the death of 16 people was confirmed. Oleksandra Gavrilko, head of the communication department of the Main Directorate of the Police of the Donetsk Region, stated this on the air of the National News Telethon.
"According to official information, we have 16 bodies of dead people and 33 injured people. At first, there was information about 17 dead. When we conducted a thorough visual inspection of the remains of the bodies, we found that they belong to 16 people," she said.
According to her, now almost all the victims have been identified, relatives have been found, DNA profiles of the dead and their relatives have been selected.
She specified that as of yesterday evening, four bodies had not been identified.
"Today in the morning there remains one face - the body of a man whose relatives did not appear. We selected a DNA profile and appeal to all people who live in Konstantinovka, who know that relatives or acquaintances were there, contact the police and come for knowledge" , Gavrilko emphasized.
