ETIAS Application Process
The application for the ETIAS permit is processed within minutes. However, in some cases, the processing time may extend. If so, applicants will receive a decision within four days. This period may be further extended to up to 14 days if additional information or documentation is requested or up to 30 days if an interview is scheduled.
Filling Out the ETIAS Form
The ETIAS entry application must be filled out on the official website, and the permit is valid for three years. It is possible to submit an application for the ETIAS entry permit before purchasing a ticket or reserving accommodation. Passport details must match the information provided in your ETIAS permit.
Exemptions from the Fee
There are certain exemptions from the 7 euro fee:
Minors (under 18 years old).
Individuals aged 70 and older.
No fee is required if your spouse, registered partner, child, or father is a citizen of an EU country.
