Discussions continue in the White House about the possible transfer of the ATACMS long-range missile to Ukraine. No decision has been made yet.
As White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby said, as quoted by the Telegraph, the United States has long been talking about providing Ukraine with long-range cruise missiles.
"The President has not said he will do this, but he continues to want interagency agencies, the Department of Defense, the State Department, the National Security Council to look at ATACMS. They are not off the table," the White House spokesman added.
