In the Dnepropetrovsk and Kherson regions, there are civilian casualties as a result of Russian shelling.
This was reported by the heads of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Sergei Lysak and the Kherson regional military administration Alexander Prokudin in Telegram. As Lysak noted, at night the aggressor aimed at the Nikopol region with a Grad multiple launch rocket system and heavy artillery. In particular, the Mirovskaya community and the city of Nikopol came under attack.
"The city suffered the most. Three people were injured there. A 75-year-old man was hospitalized. And also a couple. A 34-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man. Their 3-month-old son was taken to the hospital with them. Fortunately, the boy is unharmed "Lysak emphasized.
As the head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council Nikolai Lukashuk added, the 75-year-old grandfather and 34-year-old mother of the child are in satisfactory condition. The 29-year-old father was seriously injured and was sent to one of the Dnieper hospitals.
As a result of the shelling, 11 private houses and 5 commercial buildings were damaged, one was destroyed to the ground. 10 hives, cars, gas pipelines and power lines were damaged.
As Prokudin reported, this night became terrible for the city of Kherson, because as a result of Russian shelling there were dead and wounded.
“At about 3:40, the Russian army covered the residential areas of Kherson with fire. The Russians entered the hostel building while people were still sleeping. As of this hour, two civilians are known to have died. Their identities are now being established,” Prokudin emphasized.
In particular, a 61-year-old city woman was hospitalized in serious condition. Two women, 44 and 57 years old, and a 49-year-old man were taken to the hospital. They have moderate injuries.
