Many Russian military personnel were brought to Lisichansk, but their movement in the central quarters of the city was limited.
This was announced by the head of the Lugansk Regional Police Department Artem Lysogor. According to him, newly arrived occupiers are prohibited from going to the center, since those of the invaders who are allowed to do so already live there.
“New touring performers are settling in the outskirts and surrounding villages,” he said.
As Lysogor noted, prisoners were settled in Maloryazantsevo and are being prepared for assaults. “From houses that have not yet found new owners, they take out everything that can be taken for themselves or sold,” he said about the situation.
